"Sitter Connection is the very best sitter service in the Triangle area - and I have tried almost all of them! When my husband got a new job he had to go away for nine weeks out of state.. so we hired a nanny. Twelve hours before she was supposed to start she decided to take a job at Macy's and let us know by email! Not knowing this, I waited on the morning of her start date thinking I could leave for work only to find the email and the fact that I had no one to watch our 10 month old daughter. I didn't know what to do. I called Sitter Connection and Amanda placed sitters for us for over three weeks until we could make other arrangements. I could never have made it without her! The girls she sent were absolutely wonderful. All of them were bright, and intelligent, and had a genuine love for children. Although I had different sitters, sometimes even everyday, each one outshined the next and my daughter loved them all. They were always on time, exceptionally polite and extremely interested in her well being. Every one of them took care to follow our daughter's schedule, write down notes, and even helped out with small chores in the house without even being asked. "When I first started on the babysitting list I was unable to do a lot of the jobs since I was working all of the time and going to school. Then I started babysitting for this one family and I absolutely loved it. I babysit for them on a regular basis, and I am so happy that I was able to meet them.
